Normal amount of dust spots?

I recently got my windows tinted for the first time, I went with the lowest quote, knowing there was a risk, but the owner said there is a lifetime warranty on the tint. Is this amount of dust spots/bubbles normal on back windshield? It has been 6 days since job was done, car has been parked in hot sun for majority of those days. Other windows have some spots here and there, but nothing major. It’s only really noticeable up close to the car. There also appears to be a small hair on back windshield as well.

A few here and there are unavoidable, but that looks a bit much.

 

I've seen worse coming from low end shops though, so  you get what you pay for I suppose.

That is all dirt/debris and will not be going away which could be acceptable for a cheaper quality shop. So they may or may not replace it. For a premium shop, that would have never left the building.
