Problem with "small bubbles?

Hello,

I have problem when i tint... I get in every window "small small air bubbles"

Sometimes i get more and sometimes not so much...

What is the solution on this problem?

I clean the windows correct every time...

Looks like contamination. If that is towards the bottom of the glass, make sure you flush the bottom edge really well and don't allow the film to touch the rear deck while installing.

Lightly mist the back deck ,tarp or towel the deck with clean cloths ,avoid bumping or brushing the headliner during the install and remember ,those dust particles are hiding everywhere.

Use a bulldozer to squeegee the bottom and rinse it down with a pump spray bottle before installing.

Spray the crap out of the bottom part before installing. I use to have the same problem. I went to training and I saw installers spraying that bottom part like crazy. Ever since I implementated that, the bottom part isn't as contaminated as it use to be. It's never gonna be perfect but its pretty close.

I do get the same from time to time but not as bad. I have flushed the hell out of it and tried diffrent ways. but like every one says dont touch the film and wipe all you can. If I can pull a deck in 10 min or less I will and make my life a lot easier. because to recut shrink and clean a second time with removal. its better to be proactive then reactive.

Try distilled Water when mixing solution...and keep sprayers clean start with new bottle daily...and flush good like other tinters said
