Looking for Experienced Window Film Installer

Quality Tinting & Signs is the Central Coast’s Industry Leader in Window Film Application. We have been servicing San Luis Obispo, CA and its’ surrounding areas with Automotive, Residential, and Commercial tinting for 15 years. At Quality, we pride ourselves on high quality window film installations and do all jobs until their done right. We are looking for a professional window film installer with 5+ years of experience.

 

The ideal candidate is clean-cut, highly motivated, reliable, professional, eager to learn, and enjoys working with customers.

 

Responsibilities

• Be able to provide quality tint jobs in a timely manner (completing at least 3 full tint jobs in 1 day)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Be able to recommend films based on customers needs and circumstances

Skills/Qualifications

• 5+ years of window film installation experience
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• PPF and vinyl wrap installation experience is a plus.

Position will be 40 hours per week.

*Offering $15-$30/hour (wages will be dependent on experience.)
