Client not showing up.

Sometimes clients yous leave you hanging I had this guy call me all exited. so i didn't piick up more work I was going to do a minivan ,bmw and a camry I thought enough fo a saturday And just didn't show not even a call . At the end He lost a really good deal . cause the price I gave him was on the run and didn't realized the amount of work I'll take this to learn research the car and call back with the estimate. Cause that minivan has 11 windows I was going to loose it.

Call him. Many different reasons he didn't show and may be too embarrassed to call you now. Give him a chance to see there's no hard feelings and you might be able to book him for another day.

I did try to reah out and find out txt voice message no answer after all that's on my opinion part of customer service.

Sometimes that can be very frustrating and in most cases there isn't a whole lot You can do about it. Aggravates me when they don't just respond and say something came up whatever is fine. When they completely ignore me though I just let it be after that.

Yes especially frustrating on a Saturday. They make such a huge deal of it being only possible on a Saturday so you come in only for them to not show up.

The one thing I know is that I will have to adjust my estimate if he calls back. And I don't know if that would be ok . cause I really blew it away with that. For now I'm having a good time eating lunch with my wife and daughters

I would just say sir you missed your first appointment which caused me to lose other jobs that day so it is full price for the vehicles now. If he says ok and schedules another appointment and doesn't show quit answering the phone. I have one now that waa a close friend that's cancelled twice. I'm not reaching out to him anymore.

Yep, any industry that takes appointments deals with this. I can say with our software, the people that book online from our website is much more reliable than the ones that call. The ones that call tend to be shopping around and may decided to go somewhere else once they find a better price. We do have a 2 strike rule, 2nd time you miss an appointment than they have to walk in and wait.
