"I did not do this. But is is all tint. This was done from a picture of our wedding day 19 years ago. The artist is Rick Henderson from CT. He is without doubt one of the most talented "tinters" I have ever seen. .. This piece probably has 1,000 + small pieces of tint, and I can't see a single speck of dust in it. All hand cut."
