Dry shrink VS. Wet shrink on back glass

On your experience what are the pros and cons about doing one way or the other I have always use dry shrink and I'm wondering if wet would be any easier. Have an awesome weekend guys.

Wet would be a step backward for you. All your stress is put in the area where you divide and conquer finger bubbles in the smaller area. When dry forming you spread that stress over the entire surface of the film. Imo

Dry shrink is easier, but if you're facing a tough install it's good to wet shrink after dry shrinking to make sure you have no fingers. Also I find if the window is very curvy wet shrinking the bigger fingers helps keep the film from burning. It's more likely to crease though.

pfffttt who shrinks anymore, just strip it! :thumb

I know!! Just strip it in 2-4 pieces with no time wasted waving a heat gun around.

I have always wet check my shrink just for insurance. the last thing I would want is a little finger on an hard to reach corner of the glass. That really could set me back on the timing. And unsesesary stress ????just
