2012 Mazda3 headlight tint problem

I am not an expert at tinting by any means, so I had my headlights profesionally done, and what should be an easy job has left an identical problem for the second time (and in different places on the same headlight each time)

 

The first time i had them tinted i took this picture the next day, When i left the tint shop all was clear.

The next 3 pictures were taken the second time I had them tinted (but later that night) and once again nothing showed up when i left the shop. This is the same light as seen in the first picture.

The guy did a great job on the back lights and I have no issues. He is very experienced and said hes never seen this before, so maybe he is lying or just doesnt know. Hopefully somebody has some suggestions for me,
