What is best product to use to protect entry/exit on door jams?

The little lady is terrible about dragging her feet/shoes over the door jams as she gets in and our of the vehicle....so I was needing a recommendation to protect the paint from chips and scuffs.

 

Any and all help would be really appreciated!!!

Some PPF would work or something easy would be to lift ones feet while getting into the car

Except for the fact that some people like my Sister in law who has Cerebral Palsy CANNOT lift their feet without assistance.

I use a Textured vinyl, the same type as used on the B posts on some cars, at the place where i buy it from it's called "Chalkboard vinyl" and it's good for the heavy traffic areas on the boot(trunk) area
