Approx Net VLT of 70-80% Film on a Windshield

Does anyone know off hand the approximate VLT of a windshield with a 70-80% film?

And would you consider it to be safe?

Not sure about your windshielf VLT so here's my guess

 

VLT 80% Film + Windshield probably gives you Final VLT of 65-73%

VLT 70% Film + Windshield probably gives you Final VLT of 60-63%

I use a lot of 70% & 50% for windshields, i personally feel either is still plenty light enough not to interfere with night time driving. However 50% is not legal.
