If so you could have him pull into one of those and have em meter it. If it shows legal there on the same date as the ticket issued then I would assume it would get thrown out if you went in with some paperwork stating it was in compliance. Tintmaster08 Posted August 11, 2015 Report Share Posted August 11, 2015 Yes Maryland is an inspection state, I suggested that he do it but come to find out the inspection stations charge around $60 to do it. I told him to either do that or just fight it in court, the cop has no proof and technically didn't follow procedures to enforce the state tint law.
