Anyone have any tips I cut my film so it will sit in the seals but have trouble pulling the liner. How do you guys sit the film in the seal and roll it up without bunching it up on tight cars

What kind of film? If its suntek that will happen very easily. What you need to do is fold the bottom corners under at a 45 and you should be able to get the edges in no prob. I prefer to "bottom drop" my installs. This requires the gasket to be removed or the panel flexed to allow a loose gasket. Hard to explain I would have to do a video heh. Basically, no release liner, no felt ever touches, no folding or heating after. Its the cleanest way to install film imho.

I like to peel the liner about halfway down from the top, apply and heat the top a little as I'm towel carding the top until I'm sure it's not going to shift when I roll it up.

Curl the sides inward to keep them clean and to keep from creasing when rolled up.

Once rolled up I use a thin card like a red devil to hold the flap away a little as I remove the liner little by little as I ease the film under the lifted flap area.

Hard to describe well.
