He just addressed the nation about the storm and when he finished someone asked about how this would affect the election. " Stupid Reporter " But the president said The Election will work itself out. I am more worried about the people in the affected area and the first responders. And how this was going to affect the economy ( gas, wall street etc ) cause wall street closed today for the storm. And 6 of our Oil factories closed for the storm on the East Coast )

You know this isn't going to make me vote for him BUT I like how he handled the question. There are some things that are more important right now like the 50 million plus people affected by this storm....He has already signed a bill for 5 states and the District of Columbia to set FEMA and Special AID in instant affect....

I think he played it right IMO :twocents

Speaking of the election, I have a scenario I've been kicking around.

The lap dog media is finally mentioning vote fraud, but this time they are saying the republicans are going to commit it.

And as in each election it's always "too close to call" ( bullshit) so that it seems like it's really a contest, and they can swing it either way and it will be believable, but this time the media is going to say that the exit polls favored the current occupant but the machines gave it to the republicrats!

So, people start rioting in the streets, the mainstream media is even reporting the threats of riots if the current occupant loses.

Add the storm into the mix, and all those disenfranchised democricans weren't able to vote in time, so they will be mad about that as well. The supreme Court will step in and say the election results have to be thrown out because of the double whammy of republicrat vote fraud and no power to democrican districts during the vote.

The people go apeshit and we have DHS roaming the streets maintaining "order".

I like the way the media spins vote fraud into racism. :crazy IE requiring people to show ID so they don't just get in line and vote all day long is somehow racist.
