Glass block walls. How to treat this?

I was thinking of making a pattern and cutting it out on the plotter with some exterior film. I have a full roll of OSW Stainless 15 from Solar Gard so it would be done with that. Any other suggestions?

I've done heaps of glass blocks at the local correctional centre (prison). All done in frost film some done a good 15 years ago now - no probs at all. Clean with a scrubbie or fine grade steel wool, use a ps film, it will stick better to the uneven surface but will also be easier to remove years down the track.

I've done them in 5% no problem, lay up a piece big enough for several panes and if your steady you can freehand , or use a straightedge, seems to take less time than peeling each precut.

they look great when finished .
