Guest fredstinting Posted September 25, 2012 Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 had a customer come in this morning in to get his 03 honda civic hatch tinted at 9am. was 25 minutes late. I shrank the back glass just as I started to wet check it and the guy tells me that it looks like this is going to take a while to tint the car and I have to take my father to the doctor at 10:30 it its like 9:45 am now. he tells me that he will come back another day. So I cleaned off his back glass and backed the car out the shop and he left.. what an ass of a customer ..... I wasted 4 feet of film for nothing ... Guest VaTinterPMan Posted September 25, 2012 Report Share Posted September 25, 2012 Just Roll up the film and place it inside one of the Film Tubes......Either he will come back or you will get another civic that you can use it on...just pull out the film and make sure its shrunk right for the window and boom u dont have to shrink that car its already done..... If he calls back I would tell him we have to charge for the film wasted even though you should save it. And if he doesn't agree then so be it. Pull it back out toss him the keys and tell him your sorry but this is gonna take awhile and you had a lunch date planned so he is gonna have to come back in.
