We are a EXLUSIVE llumar dealer in az there are pros and cons with all manufactures some of the benefits with llumar

For the installer it's a great film to work with I would have to say the easiest film to install hands down shrinks the fastest great adhesive great scratch coat

The Benefits of being a dealer is you can have a good better and best product line

IE. dyed film, metal or ceramic with great price points

Giving your customers 3 choices is the only way to go... the warranty is phenomenal you can even register the warranty online I would contact your local LLumar rep and talk to them they will usually hook you up with all types of promo items

Yeah no film is " Perfect " for every job....Especially for matching factory smoked glass....Honda and VW's are a little more green to where Chevy's are more black....They all vary to some Hue or another...

And from what I remember when I was talking with my Rep/Dist they do not do anything.....but that was a couple years ago...Anyways I think the Con's would out weigh and Pros no matter what they would be.....

Does anyone use Lulu exclusively? If so, why and what do they do for you?

On the auto side for anyone in NC with the 32% law checked by yearly inspection, you have 4 legal options:Basic Black 40% -3 year warranted and priced right. Then you have ATC 40, ATR 40 and CTX 40, all color stable and lifetime warranted for a good, better, best offering. I don't know of any other mannies/distributors that offer a more NC appropriate lineup. Next day delivery for most of NC with free shipping orders over $500. Warranty claims are comprehensive, meaning you won't only get material reimbursement if you have a claim, but labor as well. Minimum purchases to establish an account with sales rep descretion instead of selling film to anyone with a credit card. Some of the best marketing and shop accessories available. Co-op money based on yearly purchases to assist in advertising/shop displays. Industry experienced sales reps and enviable technical assistance backed by an industry wide respected tech web site that to date no other manufacturer has attempted to match. Single source dealer web site that links to all you need - marketing, warranties (claims and submissions), co-op, logos, announcements for dealer regional meetings (Washington DC this week) even blogs.

Bottom line is there are lots of supplier options and differing levels of support. The track record alone of LLumar is one of the best in the industry, and to say they do nothing for you may be true, if you as a dealer choose not to participate. The numerous successful exclusive F1 and Vista dealers all began as LLumar dealers and most are pleased to be a part of this network.

This is what I was thinking. Do you operate in NC? Basic black? I didn't see that option in their material.

It all depends on what gets the best results in your area and from your customers. Llumar by far to me has the best overall layout and is a very good choice if you are going to offer only one brand. If I did Llumar only, I would atleast try to become a Formula One dealer and offer both levels. Some customers may see only one brand and not see the value in stepping up the levels...they may say it is all Llumar, who cares. If you offered Llumar and then Formula One as an upgrade or say Huper Optik, then a customer may feel it is worth it to upgrade. Me personally, I want to eventually offer 3-4 of the top brands...all levels. This way if a customer specifically wants Llumar, I have it. If they specifically want 3M, I have it. So it can attract a wider range of customers.

After Looking at the Crystalline line from 3M I really want to try it out...But they are stingy with film and wont sample it....And I'm not going to buy a roll of film that cost that much with out knowing if I like it or not...At least they let me try the color stable line...And I'm glad they let me do that....cause I didnt like that at all just my opinion, Hardest film I have ever tried to shrink in my life... 4mil film was easier to shrink...
