Guest PnkDesigns
Hi Folks, I will start of by saying hello and a bit about me, My name is Lee, I am based in Plymouth, UK, I have been involved in the vehicle industry since I was 16, as an apprentice paint sprayer completing my trade with Land Rover. I then moved on to help my dad, he started out producing bespoke parts for Porsche's and Mercedes, and since the business has changed we have over the past 3-5 years moved into the signage and digital print industry. I have began to do my own thing inside the business, vehicle sign writing, shop front signs, window graphics, digital print ( recently purchased a Roland VersaCAMM vs-420). Having just attended the 3M vehicle wrap course which gives us a wide range of services we can offer locally I am very keen on finding a Window Tint course, the main reason being this will be the icing on the cake to offer a huge range of services in this industry, fully printed vehicle wraps, window tints and so on. I am after some advice from the experts on here in the best/popular courses based in the UK, also the ones to stay away from and so on. I have done some research on google but I have found so many that I thought my questions could best be answered on here. I have contacted 3M but as of yet no luck from them. One of my vinyl suppliers cannot help me with any information but they seem to sell window tint film (strange). Any advice would be great, Many Thanks Lee Pink lee@pnkdesigns.co.uk

Guest atintofclass
I would highly recommend the guys and girls at Master Tinting. I had a course 2 years ago and it was great compared to another supplier I wasted my money went with. I still attend there seminars and get support when I need it as and when. I have met and keep in touch with lots of other people who they have trained it a good network. I'm moving over to Europe in a few weeks and they're just setting up a training centre in Germany for tinting and wrapping as well. Highly recommended to get yourself started. Web addresses is www.mastertinting.co.uk. I also buy my film and tools from them. Best of luck!

Guest chip01
I've recently done a wrap course with www.masterwrapping.co.uk and its was great. Got everything I needed. I've been tinting for a years and was originally trained by them and have been in contact ever since. From my experience they have always been there with the technical stuff I need. Great bunch of guys, really no there stuff! My brother in law is getting into tinting before the end of this year and I haven't got time to teach him, I've recommended him go to mastertinting to get himself started. Its a great business to be in Lee and as an ex vinyl fitter myself tinting works extremely well with the business.
