This is a school cafeteria. These blinds have been struggling to keep the sun out of these kids faces and to block the heat for decades.

This is the outside view. This film is so old and beat up.

The inside is even worse to look at.

Nice job!

NightSky does not exist in the states.

The Quantum Silver Quantum line is highly overlooked here.

QSQ20 especially, you have a 20% film with under 8% reflectance interior and exterior with a TSER over 60% - The name makes you think reflective. I don't know of any other film in that VLT range that achieves that.

Good on you Tim, you even had me pulling out my Product Data Catalogue on that one. I will definately keep QSQ20 in mind from now on, I have 4mil QSQ10 on my office windows and love it except for the interior strobing at night under fluoros.

I'll ask Rob here in Aus. as to the origins of the NightSky range.Do you have TrueVue there?

Love the look of the school windows SnappyTint

Hey, happy to help. I'm known to nerd out on film specs to find those advantages. QSQ20 has been my biggest "door opener" film with folks who do not buy SolarGard films. Its like a Charcoal 20 for flat glass that blocks some serious heat (not DP safe though folks!). That and its available in 72" rolls.

Yes we have Truevue here, great film. Another neat fact about that product. All other DR films in that VLT range have nearly TWICE the interior reflectance than Truevue which has 8%

The iridescence on QSQ10 can be a bit troublesome but overall a good film.

I get way too excited about window film... time to take a breather. Tell Rob I said hello.
