: :ditto You will never have to worry again about buying films....Never!! I bet the stuff you were getting was Asian Trade Corporation Film. But just guessing....You will be really happy with EWF....Check out the window film inventory section...Read about True Black and Classic Black...The Webpage to check out or buy the film is www.buytint.com

You will never run into this problem again...

He is looking for a Llumar film..Not saying anything negative about EWF just havent ever heard of them till now. If you are willing to change there are companies that won't make you jump through hoops. My personal favorites would be sungard (now madico) or suntek. Madico actually has a good dyed film that I have never seen fail. To be safe go with a carbon or up. ASWF also is getting a good rep so far. If you are into the big company names I would call a 3m rep and see if any other tint shop is in that territory. In my opinion 3m is the way to go

I've used 3M film before and had problems shrinking.. What's the most similar to the LLUMAR's ATC series? Thx!

To me it's all the same. The carbon 3m feels thin so you just have to be more careful and the crytalline you can not be to aggressive with bc the color will come right off. with the crystalline I like to use a hard card with some felt on the tip

I just figured since he was getting off ebay it was the other ATC...If you want to go with a decent film that comes thin or thick you can't go wrong with EWF seriously....I don't like 3M either, not just cause it shrinks differently cause I thought it didnt have as good clarity...I personally don't use EWF but have used samples...I am currently looking for a different film to use/replace one of my lines of films that I am using cause of ( issues )...If I don't find something I will be going with EWF...Give them a shot...Howard would be more than willing to talk to you and tell you all about the films and if not him one of his peeps....

One good thing I did find with him that not every company has it multiple %'s in most films to meet any state laws especially the ones with NET laws...
