Get a sharpie, or what I did was bought two Yellow pencils form express window films. When I have the film positioned and tacked on the outside, I marke the front by the mirror, and when I put the film back on the board to be cut, I go look on the inside of the door by the mirror, to see how much I need to cut to make sure its in the seal, With the yellow mark, it gives me an idea to cut on the line or 2-3 milimeters more so its pushed in the seal. Hope that made sense, its past midnite.

position the film where you want it, but keep it to were you can still move the film slightly. Cut the front edge. Move the film forward about 1/4 inch. Cut the back edge, slide the film back about an 1/8 inch. This should give you just enough extra front and back. Now firmly tack in place. roll down the window and cut the top edge. Easiest way I know how. :cool

I've been using the marker by the mirror but I always get some kinks in the film before any install.. (The kinks happen because there's extra film on the side and bottom) They rub out with the chizler during install but is it possible to not kink at all?

Thx everyone!
