Hey Everyone,

So I've owned many cars in my first few years of driving and on everyone the first thing I did was get the windows tinted. I've always loved the business.

Anyways over the summer I went to Stan's class in St. Louis and I can say it was one of the best experiences in my life. Stan and Aleksa are two of the greatest people I have met and I'm glad I went.

I have been tinting on a daily basis since I came back and have been trying to master my skills. I am confident enough to tint for customers but still make mistakes regularly. I'll be moving to Atlantic Beach Fl in the end of September and starting my now tinting company. I hope the community welcomes me and I continue to learn the business.

P.S- my biggest issue in tinting is dirt getting in the film. Nearly every roll up window I've tinted has had dirt specs in it. Ive tried soaking the window, spraying the air before I transfer the film. I razor blade ever window before I tint it too. Any pointers?>

Stan and Alexia are really great people, their son Duggan as well, we have become good friends.

      I guess it's going to let me upload it now thanks tint dude...I had a post yesterday I had written to everyone looking for a great film and now that I see with my own eyes how well they're film has held up 19 years later I'm gonna boast you to every window film installer I can......you new bees out there looking for a great film look no further than Llumar I have no ties with these guys first off so I'm not getting paid for this but it's my life and I've been doing this 35 years I'm a subcontractor and kinda just travel where the money's good have been for 35 years used every film out there seen everyone crash and burn but Llumar I do auto residential and commercial so there is no film out there I haven't tried and personally see success off a vehicle I tinted my self and still look and work just as good as the day I put it on there So you yes you Llumar thankyou for the great film I purchased from you 19 + years ago and the all the thanks I still receive today for doing such a great job on they're tint.i David Carrell stand behind your company 100 percent.....

      Llumar window tinting

      I've used Llumar for 40 years and it has rarely let me down other than the early days of the dyed polyester auto films. Their flat glass films have been awesome to work with, with very few issues over the years.

      I was at my sister's today and just happened to look up and see her old van and am well pleased about llumar and how great they're film is and has been I personally tinted this van with some Llumar 5 percent I believe it was centar 5 and wow 25 years ago

      Yes, that happens. So many electronics being crammed into cars it's not always avoidable. It's an unfortunate reality even with best practices being observed.

      Electronic Malfunction From Tint?

      I got my 2023 Mercedes c300 tinted yesterday and as soon as I picked it up to drive home, I noticed the steering wheel and seat didn’t adjust to my memory setting as it usually does when I turn on the car. I tried moving the power seat using the controls and it would not move! I thought maybe my car was just being finicky and I didn’t tie into it having to do with the tint installation. I figured when I got home I’ll just turn it off and let it sit for a while and turn the car back on to check. So I did this and nope still didn’t work. I looked up what can possibly be wrong and I landed on this forum. I was planning on calling the tint business on Monday since they are closed today and wasn’t looking forward to the headache of them possibly denying any involvement in the driver power seat and steering wheel not working. Luckily I just waited over night and checked this morning and now it is working! So I’m guessing some electrical parts did get wet, but then dried off?
