TintWizard
My only suggestion would be to do your homework in your own area and phone three tint places to see what the going rate is and then charge accordingly

WearTheFoxHat
Search for similar situations here on TD regarding how to price. In short you need to know your costs for new install: Material used + labour + travel inc accomodations if required + Parking + fair markup if you price by only square footage of film you are going to go out of business. If it costs you then charge for it and mark it up at what your market will bear.
