Using technology to avoid unsatisfied customers

Hi everyone,

I just want to ask if you use any tools to quickly and effeciently assess any probable issues before installation.

Or after installation...

For example,

We use a digital (and not a magnatic) paint gauge to measure the thickness of the paint, to see if the paint is factory finished or a cheap repair after a collision or something...

This way we wont get in disputes with customers if the decided to remove the PPF, and the paint would come off!!!

Also, we use a digital microscope to test why did the film discolored or was damaged... (it is basicaly a USB cam that has a magnifying lens)

This way we can know almost for sure if the film was damaged by industrial fallout, or if the clearcoat is chipping, or any other reason through trial....

Any thoughts? please share!!!
