Done this thing solo for 13 years. I call on some hands on very busy days or large window flat glass jobs sometimes. I like doing it myself.....

Unless you are needing to knock out some serious speed then a one man show is the way to go.

I got to work with Show Us Your Tints a few years back and just goofing off we could kill some tint. Full cars in about 30 minutes and done....like I said we were goofing off mostly too....

I tint alone but I let sometimes other people to clean cars after.

Also, my wife holds back glass films instead of peel board, just that she looks better then peel board :lol2

I used to tint in 2 back at one company I was working for, one guy did back glass and one doors while other did 3 doors. But it wasnt much faster in general and I didn't like if they were making "quick money". I always wanted to sign myself under great tint, not some boom boom get money and ride away tint.

Im not a big fan of solo FG. I did it for years and I can tell you for certain......Having a helper is more than 3x faster. Solo, I would not want to do more than 2-300 SF a day. With a helper. Im comfy booking 1500
