Another stupid customer...

I have had this before, but not to this extent. Customer brings on a 92 ford p/u. Get done tinting it and he says we scratched his glass. Of course he is talking about the vertical lines on the outside from 11 years of dirt in his seals! Gets all mad and says if he would have known that would look like that he would have never had his windows tinted! Said it looked "ghetto". :thumb I guess I have to add that to the never ending list of things to go over with the customer before we touch their car. That list is getting way too long................ :thumb

its amazing how these damn people dont see these scratches beforehand, its pretty damn obvious if you ever clean your glass :thumb

I like how the glass looks as if it was never cleaned and it never bothered them, but omg a pinhead size speck of dust?!?!?

I love it when they take there dog everywhere they go. never vacum the saets or anyhting .and then ask here did that hair come from

I had an old station wagon that after it was tinted, big as ever you please was "Rock and Roll" scratched in the long side glass. Lady accused me of doing it... Oh sure lady... I just love to write things on my customers windows. I was so upset to think she thought I had done such a thing that I removed the film to show her that it was already there but just showed up after the tint went on. And NO I didn't charge her for undoing and redoing. Her profuse apology was enough. :thumb
