here lately I've used the I'm a day behind line and it seems to be working great... only thing is ,, I'm really behind all the time anyway

they either schedule the next day with me or, " I'm free 2 days from now " is what I say if the next day don't work for them ,,, this helps me plan a few days ahead consistently

then I've got'em commiting to my schedule.. :nope

can never understand why people waste our time and theres by making appointments they dont keep ... :nope

I feel ya. I went to do an install today and got setup, customers leave to go to work. They wanted me to leave out one window b/c of seal failure...fine. I decide to do the high windows first...guess what? All had seal failure. Went to look over all the windows that were to be done, and found two more with seal failure. All the windows are under warranty, so I called the customer and they said not to do any until they get replaced.

Sucks even worse b/c I had ALL the film in stock. Its always nice when you feel like you are pocketing all that money. Oh well.
