True Black Cracking?

All modern window films (TB included) are based upon BoPET (Biaxially Oriented Polyethylene Terephthalate) which has an incredibly high tensile strength and a 50%-150% elongation at break.

What may seem like a crack to a customer will probably have a logical explanation, as suggested above.

Please keep us posted.

I just took it off and put a new piece on for him n/c.

Hi Finishline !!!

That guy is going to tell his family and friends about his positive experience with your company. When they need tinting, they will call you.

That's how you build a business. One customer at a time. Way to go !!!

Agreed, one window isn't going to hurt the bottom line you know? One of the first vehicles I tinted was a pair of rollups and I told the guy not to roll his windows down for 3-5 days, and put tape over the buttons....What does he do? Doesn't even leave my driveway and rolls both windows down and fochs it up. Redid those as well no charge.

I used to have a burger joint across the street from my shop in Amarillo.

Could watch them pull straight up to the drive thru! :rollin

Been 10 years, but I still make almost all of them "oops proof"

by heating them up and installing below rubbers.
