Okay confused about a customer's satisfaction. About 4 weeks ago I get a call from a residential customer a week after tinting his whole house. He said there was a couple windows with a few specs and wanted them redone. I was like cool just call back the measurements and I'll schedule a time to redo them. No call back in the last 4 weeks...actually forgot about it. I get a call from my film rep telling me that the same customer called him asking if a few specs is normal and wanted to know if he could come by and look at the two windows (tinted 55 total for him). My rep told him that I am a stand up guy and all he had to do is call me. Still never heard from the customer even though he told my rep he would call me later today. The only call I get is from a new customer wanting his whole house done and he was referred by that other customer... I'm like WTF is he is so dissatisfied why is he referring people to me...lol. Customers are hard to figure out sometimes. I refuse to call him back and will wait fir him to call me, but I will mail him out a gift restaurant gift card if the new customer gets his house done.

He probably was very satisfied overall and just wants someone not you to tell him things are ok so that he doesn't have to inconvenience you.

CUstomer mighta showed your work to some friends, and they mighta been "what specks?"

"You expecting perfection or something?"

The guy he referred to you, was impressed enough with your work to ask for your #.
