Long story short, we had a contract on the side that I was buying a crotchrocket from this guy for $x.xx and he sold the bike to somone else while under contract with me after I made payments and got receipts and to top it all off, the bike recently got repoed because the whole time I was paying on the bike, he never made payments to the bank. In addition, part of the money he owes me is for the $1200 in accessories I added to the bike which I lost due to the bike getting repoed, so I have the receipts for those as well.
