Long story short, we had a contract on the side that I was buying a crotchrocket from this guy for $x.xx and he sold the bike to somone else while under contract with me after I made payments and got receipts and to top it all off, the bike recently got repoed because the whole time I was paying on the bike, he never made payments to the bank. finishlineautosports Posted October 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 Th reason for the show is if I take him to court here, I will NEVER see my money, or it will take a long time. I want my money yesterday. And I heard from a reliable source that these shows pay the debt so I figured why not. So after the show, I get my money he owes me within 30 days. I do have to file small claims here and then they send something to the courts and have it dismissed because it is being arbitrated by whichever tv judge.
