(from what I've seen) Ah but he is a guy as well and he has no defense! Long story short, we had a contract on the side that I was buying a crotchrocket from this guy for $x.xx and he sold the bike to somone else while under contract with me after I made payments and got receipts and to top it all off, the bike recently got repoed because the whole time I was paying on the bike, he never made payments to the bank.
