I've tossed around the idea before. I go to church with the mayor and he's a family friend. he might make them use them if I tell him what kind of money the city could make off it. like I've said before, no one here comes to me, so 3 out 5 cars here are illegally tinted. they could rake in the dough if they'd use them.
