I am being forced to install 5% on front windows.. Bosss SayS I am not liable because I am not licensed.. Whats your take..

well TECHNICALLY it is his shop and his arse, but you may want tobe smart and get that in an email even though you are right there in the shop, and not one through his web domain. Then you have some documentation that you wanted to comply with the law.

In California,, Are you liable if you install it under the bosses instruction..?? Anyone know the facts.. dunno.gif

They cant prove you put it on unless they have a video tape of you doing it. As far as I know they go after the shop, but hell I don't know for sure. dunno.gif

Yeah, I don't care ( well really I do) long as I am not liable.. And I have Express my concern to two of my managers.. how unsafe it... :lol

could always tell him no, get fired, collect UI benefits as you start your own business. Tell your boss to put the 5% in the 35% box or whatever is legal, then hand it to you and tell you to put it on the car.

If you are concerned, you probably already know the answer to your question. A conscious is a terrible thing to waste. :lol
