Got my ass handed to me by a 1993 Mitsu 3000gt, Could not get the film to finish shrinking on the back glass, ran out of shrinkable area...then crease city...some days I feel like im just starting again, or want to throw the tint towel in and not have to worry about it.

You got a couple years on me, but lately I just walk away and grab a drink and relax. Get back to the car 10-15 minutes later with a fresh sheet of film and a new idea of shrinking it. If you keep doing the same thing, you continue to get the same results some times.

It's not an easy car at all....Sometimes it's easier to do dry shrink everything to a real good "wrinkle", lift, wet and then split the fingers in half...Or play with the lift and pull method, works out well....If you could shrink that crown vic, you can do the 3000gt....

I'm not sure what happened, sometimes it seems like the film has quit shrinking. I need to brush up on pull method. Rollups and side quarters were easy.

not a very easy rear glass that's for sure,, I do those completely dry, I don't like the pull method simply because I'm like a person that can't ride a bike

my dry shrink (without lift and pull)pretty much works on every rear glass except for a small hand full and those are wet or half wet half dry (bonneville)(thunder chicken) few others with the duck bill

for the life of me I just can't figure out whats going wrong ,, 9 are done with the same film, same roll, the other 2 are with a completely different film, no problems at all...

I knew that was coming, but fully expected that comment from Booms waiting for mama to free up the cash. I can make money but I'll be damed if she will let me have any besides the minimal I need for gas to go to work.
