here in florida you dont have to have it...they finally did away with the helmet law and you can ride with only eye protection/sunglasses

you guys in the states are lucky. I have a clean record, 2 cars and a house with the same insurance company and they want 280 a month for my bike. Eff you snakefarm.

So an update got a new bike this last Saturday and insurance... 2009 Kawasaki Versys... Love the bike...

The Insurance I got was Mcgraw... 264. Full coverage \500 deductable... love it cheap too.

That's a great do-it-all bike. Butt ugly, but rock solid. Hope you enjoy it!!
