I probably hear this about 99% of the time, mostly cause im mobile. Even when I explain how its measured on the outside of the car and that it CAN'T be applied to the outside, there still a little confused after, as if Im improperly intalling the film. I couple days ago was a first though, this guy sees me rolling I film on the back glass and asks,"You put the tint on the outside"?, then I explained it does not. Well I ruined that piece and hes see me working on the second one and says," Oh I see, you put 1 layer on the outside and 1 layer on the inside... :thumb That was a first, I just don't get why people are so misinformed about how window film is intalled.

I have thought about shirts that say "Window tinting is not a spectator sport" on the back.....

Never underestimate the power of stupidity. No matter what I get people that want to watch and it really does not bother me. I answer their questions and continue. One time I Had a guy First ask me if I was gonna do a good job then 7 min later came back to stare and as I was on the drivers door he said. "Wait I have had this done before I know it goes on the inside" immideatly I pulled the window and sent him down the road. In my opinion yes the custy is right to an extent. The extent does not include walking all over the tinter or shop or whoever
