I want a tinterm who comes to work on time, isn't an alchy, druggie, doesn't ditch as soon as child support catches him and can do 4-5 cars a day better than I can (which isn't hard). Problem is, I don't think they exist my my part of the country, so I don't bother looking.

I do my hiring in begining of march . Wait till the summer you will never get anyone good, Anyway all those guys hiring now will be laying them off in september. Happens every year.
