As I'm looking for a shop, I'm looking at various types of buildings and etc.

What are some qualities would you look for in a shop today? Are there things you wish you had or wish you would have looked for in a shop? Is there anything you would do differently?

I'm looking for shops that have good traffic count, the ability to pull in more then 1 car at a time especially through the garage opening, an area for customers to wait, and restroom as a minimum for shop qualities.

Thanks. :beer:lol2

You could prob find that in Atlanta. I was there two years ago and visited 2 that had a great setup. Not sure what the price is in ATL, but there is plenty of opportunity.

A fridge for beer.

Well..you know that's a given! :beer:lol2

Something like this comes to mind for customers and employees stocked with some brew... :lol2

Hmmm one drink machine in the front with soda's for the Custy, and the beer one in the back for the installers. The only problem with having the beer out for Custy would be the liability. If they drink there and get pulled over then you are liable for any accidents or damage they cause. Not cool. Of course same libility for your employees.

Oh yeah. I was more or less joking around... it was a fun idea! :beer

GA's DUI laws suck. My wife is a court reporter and I've gone into court with her or listened to some DUI stories. They throw the book at ya here in GA. The implied consent virtually causes you to lose your license min. of 12 months here in GA. No drinking/driving for me or any employees.
