titning an old van

Are you trying to take the door panels off??? I would think an old van (you did not mention what kind of van) would have C clip holding on the window crank. However, most of the doors on the old vans have lots of screws in the door panels.

I personally would not remove the door panel to tint that window! Just me :rollin! Good luck :rollin

dodge and chevy, unscrew hinge from door. Grab hinge, rotate 90 degrees,

lift hinge assembly off window button.

FOR Dodge, you may have to remove the panel below the window, the hinge screws into a threaded metal plate that will fall once the screw are removed.

has nothing to do with panels. I dont remove those anyway. However I did tint around the hinged locks on the windows and they turned out pretty good. Good thing I wasnt rushed to get it done, cuz it took a while. I have another commercial bid to do today at 2..yeeehaaa, timt to make some more good money...wish me luck. Thanks guys and gals for the input. :spit
