This one was a one piece bulk on the bumper and the hood was split and matte film used on the stripe. Cool car though.

And all done.

It worked pretty well. Was a little more matte then the stripe but was better then regular film or nothing.

How was the matt. I know you didn't use much but how did it seem as far as marking up. I believe thats a Parnelli Jones.

The matte film does not mark up really. I am sure it can but I have not noticed any and have stretched the film pretty hard on another install. Its a very different film then what you will be used to and is a bit flimsy and thin. Makes it rather easy to install though. I have found its best to keep to the old soap and alky solution though. Did not like the tack of the film with gel. This one was a pretty strait forward seem job. Did the sides first and then filled in the middle with the matte film.

Thanks for the comments guys. :lol

Was it our Stealth film? If so, it's the same thickness as our Standard and Premium film. It also uses the same adhesive. The only reason I can imagine it felt different on tack is that it was being applied on a matte finish, which will definately have a less aggressive tack than a smooth painted finish. Hope this helps. beer.gif

It is your film and thanks for the quick turnaround on a replacement roll. :D
