Hi guys and girls, I'm looking at a unit to rent for my tinting business tomorrow, is there anything I should be looking for other than space to work around the cars I tint, and storage for my film, equipment etc.

A Loo is always nice. Oh, and a big azz door so You can get the cars in.

I would think a showroom and comfy Custy waiting area to keep them out of your workspace.

Oh and don't forget the most important thing is a nice bathroom

Wondered how I was going to get get them in there lol, unit has a large shutter door, loo, reception/ waiting area. Or so I've been told, till I get there tomorrow to see.

Well viewed the unit this afternoon looks ideal for tinting in plenty of space a loo and somewhere for the custys to chill. And the other bonus cheap rent too.

As soon as it's mine I will post some before pics, then get busy painting and getting stuff fitted ready for tinting, then give you some after pics, it's located in Loughborough in the midlands if your not sure.
