My suggestion: spend more time researching and reading and not posting on it and you'd be well on your way by now. The information is out there, get it, don't expect it to be brought to you. :rollin

Try here:

Might not be exactly what your lookin' for but thats where I started. Its amazing how deep the rabbit hole goes....(internet)

:rollin can't agree more.

I suggest asking specific questions, usually thats how you obtain specific answers. If you just ask "how do you do that?" then you'll never find what your looking for. Most people will tend not to help. Too many different ways of doing things to spell it all out. Just tryin' to help (in my own sarcastic way......really) G'Luck.

Here's a way but it isn't the way its one way :rollin

Find a line drawing or coloring book picture.

Install some dark tint really well but not completely dried

Position and tape down your line drawing on the opposite side

Place the glass in such a position like on a lighted peel board or table

cut along each side of every picture line and remove only the inner excesses

Ber careful to keep the dark lines on the glass while removing all other

Now choose one color to 'fill' in and install it in the area you want that color

Cut along your dark film lines to make the color fit in taking away excess

You need be working rather swift so as not to have the glue tack up to the point of leaving some behind when taking away unwanted

Continue layering and re-cutting using your original black lines as your guide to 'fit' color layers together

You can also approach this as the negative of what was just described by not using lines and layering in colors.

Plotter pictures you need transfer tape and such and is a whole different approach except laying film that is already machine cut.
