I was just wondering,how often does your sales rep stop in to see you?Asks how things are going,provides you with new sale offers,new marketing materials, techniques etc.And also to let you know as a customer how much you are appreciated.I'm pretty sure the last time I was visited by my rep was in 2005.Wait ! It was in the Spring of 2006.

change film companies, I bet he will stop by. I would bet on it being 45 days or less. Most of gotten to comfy with your constant commission.

LOL never seen a rep for the company I've been using the last month, actually I don't see any except from SunTek.

Ive had my shop open a year now and ive seen my guy once.. most of the time he wont answer the phone..

I`ve seen the Suntek reps 3-4 times in the 3 yrs I`ve been with them. I used to see Rick Caldwell every 3-4 months when he was with the old Sun-Gard. I was with FTI for almost 14 yrs.

Most of the company's have cut their expenses by limiting reps making trips. I saw Eva from Suntek last week, nice lady who knows what she is talking about. Saw ASWF rep several weeks ago but she was still learning. Nik, great rep from Solar Gard comes in pretty often. Howard who I buy from calls all the time checking up on things, making sure all is good and if there is anything he can do for me!!!
