Information regarding window felt

Can anyone link me to a video or a post on information felting a car because I seriously can't find it on this forum or anywhere. I never had to felt a car before ever since I started to tint but now I feel I have to UP my skill and learn how to do these stuff for upcoming cars.

First step in this type situation is not to fix another persons problem.

Send the car owner back to the dealer and get the dealer replace the strip.

Then tint the car.

This isn`t always an option for alot of people, especially those with older vehicles not under warranty. You should know how to felt a car if your a tinter. Besides, its an upsale that is profitable.
