hehehe I was looking through AutoTrader and there was a car that had a really badly bubbled back glass, I shoulda called on it and offered half because of the crappy tint job.

Butt seamed the front because that was nearly 96", the 2 sides were overlapped, then I ran the straight edge down the middle....

.......Just so you know it WILL shrink in time.But I am not sure on the situation at hand. But if that window is visible from the inside.you will definitely see a clear vertical line in the near future.an over lap seam would have been the way to go on that one.....just a thought...
