I just got my windows tinted today by a private guy who has done a lot of cars in the small town I live in. He told my right up front that there may be a few bubbles in the windows because it hadn't been in the sun very long. I got in my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix and I did notice a few bubbles. is this ok? Should I just park it out in the sun for a few days or should I ask him to redo it? Also, the back window is kind of weird. It has a rear window defroster as well as a radio antenae built into the window. Will these bubble around the lines shrink over time or will I just have to deal with those?

"Hey. Let me go on a forum on the internet to make sure everything will be ok and show no pics of what Im talking about."

Geesh guys, I wasn't trying to offend anyone. I believed him but my friends who also got their cars done said it didn't do this so I just wanted to make sure he wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me.

It's all good let it dry............ I guess, you might see some small white spots when dry if you look close but remember window film is made to look through not at. I have 4 foot rule with customers.

Looks like crap huh?? rip it off before it etches your windows and you have to replace the whole car. He must have installed with muratic acid.

but seriously, it should dry out. Hence "may be a few bubbles due to lack of sun"

I never use the word bubble. I am very clear and state " Water Blister". Bubble is a six letter bad word.
