Guys this is a very easy install I did one today all glass is flat.The panels on this vehicle are very easy to remove if needed.You have to remove the screw for the door latch and then remove the electric window console,this should just pop up and then just pull on the panel not too hard and remove the weather strip peace of cake :lol

  I'm sure a call to the parts dept of your local VW dealership will confirm availability. There are also plenty of aftermarket auto glass manufacturers in the world. If I can locate just about any piece of car glass here in Australia, I'm sure it won't be too hard wherever you are. There's always used available too.
