Ok, not ream me out too much here, but I have been throwing the idea around of buying some black vinyl to help me out in tinting. I about had my a$$ handed to me on a Avenger (2-door) and thought that if I had some vinyl that it would had made the job go a little easier.

So,......my question is do you install vinyl the same way as tint. By that I mean, clean the glass, wet glass, cust vinyl, spay solution on adhesive side of vinyl, lay and squegee???? Do you shrink it, put on dry, duct tape it then paint the tape black :rollin I just need a little guidance. I have installed vinyl stickers and never was wetting solution ever discussed. Now I did install a huge hood decal on a '86 mustang that had to have about 5 gallon of solution to keep it wet enough to manuver.

Thanks in advance!!!!

you can install the vinyl wet or dry - just depends on your preference

a word of caution tho' - slip soloution will make the vinyl take forever to stick. you may have better luck with an alcohol/water mixture

:lol6 I charge $35. if they come back later, it's $50. most have it done right then. I've had two mustang owners come back later and get the vinyl. (after they've had a chance to see other mustangs and see what it's gonna look like if they don't get it)
