its not gonna happen. the law makes too much money from tint tickets. just like how they are not gonna legalize weed, too many ppl in jail that they would have to let go. they wouldnt just let them go, the prisons are making too much money from these non-violent drug affenders...which make up 40% of the prison population. its too late to legalize anyhting now, it pays too good to give up.

leo, the way the goverment works here is to make as much money as possible and not care about anything else. they talk about the important stuff, but never do anyhting to fix it, because of the amount of money that it would not only cost them, but income they would loose. in america, a record amount of people in the last 4 years have died from untreated illness', suffering in the streets, and malnutrition, yet in the SAME amount of time, the american health insurance company's profits have been raised by over 400%. does that sound like a country that let go of ANY income (tint tickets)? if things dont change, I would infact consider leaving.

politicians want nothing more than power, and if we all know anything about politians, they will tell you anything to get your vote so they get in and rule the world.
