increased ONE-way

I had a call back on an older job that I did a one-way mirror effect on. They refuse to lower the lighting enough on the private side. So, I had to come up with a new option. I took a black perforated vinyl and placed on the private side. It made for more reflection on the silver side and a nice black for the private side....

So, a new tip is to use perforated vinyl to aid the one-way effect....just be sure it is black!

I usually use a 35% on the "inside".anything darker will be hard to see out.never tried perforated vinal.think it works the same?

I think it works better than a tint. Being that it is totally opaque except where it is open there is less to see through over all....

so, I take it they didn't care to see much from the private side looking out? :beer sounds like a decent idea, I'm just curious.

they could still see pretty good. Like looking out of a glass scape on a truck.....I need to get pics.

Did do a test panel here before I took it there...

I get this request from time to time and in the past We used silver twenty with limo tint. Just did a couple of windows this week with lulus one way mirror film worked great and only had to apply one piece of film.

Here is a black perforated vinyl inside view looking out and it is over SV-10 and in my opinion it is way too hard to see out.

dang Mike, did you put that on wet? if so is it dry? looks like there is water in the holes there and that is making for a massive glare.

The one time I have used this it is working very nicely. I will have to stop by and snap some pictures of it.
