Ok, im using a cheap chincey program for my plotter at the moment until I can get the $$$ together to buy better software. It does not have a function to help me cut a drop shaddow. Any ideas on how to do a drop shaddow??

Also, when you guy do drop shaddows, do you make the shaddow bigger than the actual image and place the actual image on top of it? Or do you make the drop shaddow only what you see and place them so there is no space between them??

Any input is greatly appreciated!!

If I am understanding what your asking. When creating drop shadow graphics. Create image or text - Copy layer (and change color)- place the image to back - move the back image to were you would like your drop shadow to be. Select both layers and then trim. This will remove the the over lap. Cut both (with reg. marks if needed to line up)- and stick em.
